Floor is growing—from our community, to team, and product 🚀 As we've grown, we've also evolved how we engage on social (read: Twitter)— from experimenting with content type to how we show up for our new followers. And now, we're opening a part-time contracting position to our community to join us and help organize and expand our social program.
You're deeply engrained with the Floor community and super user of our product 🥳 You have some professional experience in social media or marketing, and are actively making a transition into the web3 space. You are organized and rigorous: you thrive in taking ambiguity and building programs around it, and have an eye for things that can go from idea → process → automation.
This would be a part-time, contracting position with a month-to-month commitment. We'll start with ~10 dedicated hours a week. Your primary responsibilities will be organizing and tracking content each week, generating new engagement and content types, and reporting on weekly social metrics to the team.
